Final Authority for Matters of Belief and Conduct
The Phelps County Dream Center is a faith-based organization with its foundational principles rooted in Christ's teachings. The Bible is the sole and final source of all that we believe and serves as the final authority for matters of belief and conduct, being the inspired and infallible Word of God. For purposes of the Phelps County Dream Center's faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our board of directors is the Dream Center's final interpretive authority on the Bible’s application.
