Document of Retention Policy
The Phelps County Dream Center retains USDA documents for four years and paperwork related to The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri for one year. All IRS and tax-related paperwork is kept for a minimum of three years. Documents for Dream Center assets are kept for the life of the asset.
