Phelps County Dream Center has partnered with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) and their brokerage service to efficiently process appreciable asset donations. The CFO ensures compliance with all IRS requirements and provides confidential record keeping. The full amount of your donation will be deposited in the PCDC fund account.
Appreciated securitiesYou can give financial assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds) to impact the lives of those in need in Phelps County, avoid capital gains tax in the process, and qualify for a charitable tax deduction.

Qualified Charitable Distribution from IRAIf you are 70½ years old or older, you can support Phelps County Dream Center with a Qualified Charitable Distribution from your IRA — up to a certain amount — and receive tax benefits. An added benefit is when you reach 73, or your age of a Required Minimum Distribution, your QCD will count towards it.
